We are seeking a Jr. Architectural Revit Modeler to join Carlyn and Company Interiors + Designin Great Falls, VA. Join DC’s best firm for multifamily interiors (well, that is what our over 500 awards tell us, but we agree!). We are a creative, team-oriented interior architecture and design firm, specializing in dynamic interiors for multifamily buildings that include mid-rise and high-rise apartments and condominiums. We are currently working on a variety of exciting new projects in markets like Washington, DC, Baltimore, Tampa, Orlando and Atlanta.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of related hands-on drafting and modeling experience in the interior design or architectural field

Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture or Certification in Architectural Revit

Full proficiency in Revit

Experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-Up (or willing to learn) and Podium plug-in for Sketch-Up (or willing to learn)

Familiarity with Architectural drawings

Knowledge of general drafting practices and procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop detailed design drawings using Revit

Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design, layout, or detail components and structural systems

Incorporate changes/redlines and alterations as directed

Ensure project meets required specifications and timeline

Maintain an active electronic library of completed drawings

Incorporate field data into various drawings and reports
