We are seeking an experienced Sr. Architectural Revit Modeler for Multifamily to join Carlyn and Company Interiors + Design in Great Falls, VA. QUALIFICATIONS

Full proficiency in Revit
Minimum of 2-4 years of related hands-on drafting and modeling experience in the interior design or architectural field
Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture or Certification in Architectural Revit
Experience in AutoCAD and Photoshop
Proficiency with Architectural drawings
Knowledge of general drafting practices and procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop detailed design drawings using Revit
Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design, layout, or detail components and structural systems
Incorporate changes/redlines and alterations as directed
Ensure project meets required specifications and timeline
Maintain an active electronic library of completed drawings
Incorporate field data into various drawings and reports
