This 200-unit project in Alexandria, VA is an innovative adaptive reuse of an existing office building, transformed by the architectural team into extraordinary live-work space for creative professionals... the first of its kind in the DC metro area. Our interiors team layered on pattern, texture, unique furnishings, art, and even interactive games and toys to enhance the common area work and communal spaces and encourage collaboration and social interaction.
