Built in 2008, this 235-unit, 22-story apartment building located on the western end of Arlington's Rosslyn-Ballston corridor in Virginia was in need of a major refresh. Carlyn and Company transformed the amenities into an innovative living environment with components that exceed what is offered even at some of the area’s newly constructed communities.
