Constructed in 2007, The Juliana includes two four-story buildings surrounding a 25,000 square ft. courtyard in Hoboken, NJ. To improve this valuable asset, Carlyn and Company focused on providing adequate amenity space with two new lobbies, a package room, concierge, fitness, children’s playroom, and updated corridors.
